By placing an order with Valley of Flavours through this website, you agree to these terms.
Orders
An order is a request, not a contract, until we accept it. We accept an order when payment is confirmed and the outlet has taken it on.
We may decline an order, and refund it in full, if the outlet is closed, an item has run out, the delivery address turns out to be outside our range, or we cannot reach you to confirm details.
Prices and availability shown on this site are those of the outlet that will cook your order. They can change, and the price you are shown at checkout is the price that applies.
Delivery area
We deliver within 5 km of each of our outlets, in Chandigarh, Mohali. If no outlet can reach your address we will tell you before you pay.
Food, allergies and accuracy
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian markings are provided in good faith. Our kitchens are not allergen-free environments and we cannot guarantee that a dish has not come into contact with an allergen. If you have a serious allergy, please contact the outlet before ordering.

Payment
Payment is taken through our payment provider at the time of ordering, or in cash on delivery where that option is offered.
Taxes are charged as applicable.
Our liability
We are responsible for supplying food that is of satisfactory quality and matches its description. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction over our registered address will hear any dispute.
