Back to Valley of Flavours

For restaurant owners

I can build you the system you are looking at right now

Valley of Flavours runs on software I built: ordering, kitchen, delivery, payments and reporting, all in one place. If you are paying a marketplace a third of every order to do less than this, we should talk.

No commission

Tell me about your kitchen

I built this system and I set it up for each restaurant myself. Tell me how many outlets you run, what you sell and what is not working today, and I will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.

From your kitchen to their door, on your own system

Everything in one system

Not a website plus a POS plus a delivery app plus a spreadsheet. One system, and every part of it is already running the site you arrived from.

  • Your own ordering site

Customers share a location, get the nearest open outlet, and pay. On your domain, with your prices, not a listing on somebody else’s app.

  • Outlets that know their range

Each kitchen has real opening hours, a delivery radius and its own menu. An order is only accepted if a kitchen can actually cook and reach it.

  • Live rider tracking

Riders share their position from a link, no app to install. Customers watch the food approach on a map, with an ETA from real road routing.

  • Kitchen and counter screens

A kitchen display for what to cook next, and a counter till for walk-ins. Dine-in, pickup and delivery all land in the same queue.

  • Table QR ordering

A code per table. Guests order and pay from their own phone, and the order arrives on the same kitchen screen as everything else.

  • Payments that reconcile

UPI, cards and cash on delivery, with webhook confirmation. A payment that succeeded while the browser closed still finds its order.

  • Menu, stock and pricing

Variants, add-ons, per-outlet availability and sold-out toggles that survive a busy Saturday. Change a price once, everywhere.

  • Reporting you can act on

Revenue by outlet, busiest hours, what sells and what does not. Measured, not estimated. Plus a loyalty stamp card if you want one.

What your customers and staff see

The same screens that run the site you arrived from.

A customer checking a clear, itemised bill on their phone beside a packed order

Ordering with nothing hidden

An itemised bill, delivery and tax shown before payment, and a checkout that does not ask for an account.

An outlet with a clock and an open switch (live opening hours) and a delivery scooter ready outside

Outlets that open and close on time

Real hours per kitchen. When an outlet shuts, it stops taking orders. Nobody finds out at the door.

A rotating menu of dishes (thalis, noodles, grills and burgers) changing through the week

A menu you change once

Specials, sold-out dishes and per-outlet menus, updated from one screen and live everywhere at once.

A manager reviewing sales charts, dish reports and printed bills on a dashboard

Reports and bills that agree

Revenue by outlet, best sellers and busy hours, with GST-ready bills behind every number.

Who this suits

  • Single restaurants

    One kitchen, delivery and dine-in.

  • Multi-outlet chains

Each branch with its own hours and range.

  • Canteens and cafeterias

    Corporate, campus and hospital sites.

What you get

Set up with your menu, your outlets, your branding

  • Your domain and your look
  • Menu and outlets loaded for you
  • Staff trained on the kitchen screen
  • Payment gateway connected
  • Your own admin, not a shared one
  • Your customer data stays yours

Pricing depends on how many outlets you run and what needs migrating, so we quote after a conversation rather than putting a number here that would be wrong for most people.

One conversation is enough to know whether this fits. No demo booking form, no sales sequence. Just tell me what you run.
